At the operational level, this project will be executed by a team of specialists from Creaton Studio, under the direct supervision of the Board of Advisors. The team will consist of the following positions:

• Team leader: Responsible for overseeing the overall project and ensuring that it is delivered on time and within budget. Team leader will also be responsible for coordinating with the other members of the team and ensuring that everyone is working towards the same goals.

• CTO: Responsible for the technical aspects of the project, including the development of the website and mobile app. He also be responsible for ensuring that the project's technology is secure and scalable.

• Web3 strategist: Responsible for developing the project's Web3 strategy, which will include the use of blockchain technology to provide users with a secure and transparent way to interact with the project. Web3 Strategist will also be responsible for ensuring that the project is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Full-stack developer: Responsible for developing the project's website and mobile app. They will have expertise in both front-end and back-end development, and they will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Content creator: Responsible for creating the project's content, including blog posts, social media posts, and other marketing materials. They will have a strong understanding of the target audience and will be able to create content that is engaging and informative.

• Content planner: Responsible for developing the project's content strategy and ensuring that the content is aligned with the project's goals. Content planner also be responsible for scheduling and publishing the content.

• Historian: Responsible for researching and documenting the history of the project and the Javanese culture it is based on. They will also be responsible for creating educational materials about the project and its significance.

• Finance manager: This person will be responsible for managing the project's finances, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting. They will ensure that the project stays on track financially and that all expenses are properly documented.
